Today in our AAC Literacy Group run by Ms. Julia, we read the classic The Watermelon Seed by Greg Pizzoli! We had a blast using our AAC systems to share our favorite parts, talk about how the poor crocodile was feeling, and practice core words like “MORE,” “GO,” and “STOP.”
No watermelons are growing in our bellies yet, but our communication skills are definitely growing!
