The focus of Bi-County Collaborative’s Professional Development is to support our educational mission
of making it possible for all learners to be responsible and contributing members of society. As a
teaching and learning organization, we are committed to improving student learning. Bi-County Collaborative recognizes that professional learning is critical to the improvement of instruction, student learning, and staffs’ professional growth. Our two committees, The Professional Learning Team and The Member District Professional Development Committee create such learning opportunities for our staff and our member districts.
